WHAT IS A PITCH?

A pitch is a 30-second video that job seekers and employers use to communicate with one another. To complete the sign up process, job seekers will complete an intro pitch that will be visible to all employers. Employers record pitches to promote open job opportunities to job seekers.

WHO CAN SEE MY PITCH?

A job seeker's pitch is visible for all employers. Employers' pitches are visible to all qualified job seekers.
